At the beginning of the school year I noticed that we were getting a lot of papers home. As I volunteered in the class room I saw that they would read a book (2 or 3 pages copied)and then just take it home. So I started to put the papers in a empty cabinet in our living room. This past weekend My pearl girl and I emptied it out and took out all of the copied papers and counted them. We counted 1558 papers. This is not even the whole school year. After looking on-line I would guess it cost the school about .038 cents per copy. That adds up to $59.20. A lot of these papers are two sided. That would be an additional cost. I think I can understand why my daughters hand writting is so bad. When I went to school we had to copy things from books. You know what books are those hard covered copies that can be used over and over again. There are 22 students in her class. Multiply that by 59.20 and you have $1302.49. Wow.

This is the box of the rest of the work. I think I know how the school system can save some money. I think Quality would be better then Quantity. Sorry about the rant, I just needed to tell someone.
